At Miura Enterprise, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage, periods, and conditions for AKEEYO and AONCIA products purchased directly from us in Malaysia.

18 Months Warranty:

3 Months Warranty:

  • AKY-610Pro

Warranty Conditions

What is Covered:
 

  • This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions in the products listed above during the applicable warranty period.

  • Miura Enterprise will repair or replace defective products at no additional cost to the customer, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

 


What is Not Covered:

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Human Fault: Accidental damage, such as drops, spills, or impact.

  • Misuse or Negligence: Improper use, maintenance, or storage of the product.

  • Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs or modifications not carried out by Miura Enterprise or our authorized service centers.

  • Environmental Factors: Damage due to exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or humidity.

  • Waterproof Products: Even if a product is labeled as waterproof, it may not be suitable for submersion in water. Please follow the product guide carefully. Damage caused by improper use, such as submerging the product in water, is not covered by the warranty.

  • Consumable Parts: Such as batteries or protective coatings that are expected to diminish over time unless the failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

 

  • Contact Us: If you experience an issue with your product, please contact our customer support team at info@akeeyo.com.my with your proof of purchase and details of the issue.

  • Evaluation: We may require you to send the product to our service center for evaluation.

  • Repair or Replacement: If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the product and return it to you at no additional cost.
